The Bullitproof Group of Companies (collectively, "Bullitproof") has designed this Email Terms of Use document for the benefit of the end recipient of all email messages sent from Bullitproof. This was done in effort to reduce and streamline the amount of data that is sent and most often resent multiple times, via Reply, Reply All, Carbon Copy, Blind Carbon Copy and Forward messages, during the communication and transmission process of this medium. We understand in today’s age of mobile computing that every "bit" counts; bandwidth and data costs real money, all those 1’s and 0’s all add up at the of the day. We at Bullitproof value your hard earned dollar and realize that you may have usage limitations, for this reason we have removed our Email Confidentiality Notification from each message that is sent from us, instead we have placed it on this page for your use and convenience.

Email Contact
All Bullitproof Email Messages are only sent to individuals who we have met personally, had previous contact with over the phone, message boards, social networking sites, networking groups, etc. If we have failed to make your acquaintance personally, or have not kept in touch with you enough in order for you to remember us, please accept our sincerest apologize; and use this current connection as an invitation to speak with directly. Simply reply to the message you received, or visit our Contact page and lets further build our relationship together.

Email Confidentiality
All Bullitproof Email Messages sent from and addressed to The Bullitproof Group of Companies are intended only for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed and contain information that is privileged, confidential and/or exempt from disclosure under applicable law.

Email Recipients
All Bullitproof Email Messages are addressed to specific, intended recipients. If the reader any Bullitproof email message is not the intended recipient, you are notified that any dissemination, distribution or copying of this communication is strictly prohibited.

Viruses
All Bullitproof Email Messages and any attachments are believed to be free of any virus, or defect, but it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure this. Bullitproof will not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage arising in any way from its receipt, use, or for any errors or omissions in its contents, which may arise as a result of its transmission.

SPAM
All Bullitproof Email Messages are not SPAM. Bullitproof strictly adheres to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you have received a communication in error and/or you no longer wish to receive communications from Bullitproof, please reply directly to the contact information included in the email message you received, requesting that your information be REMOVED from our systems.

Data Removal Requests
Once your request is received we will endeavor to do our best to delete your data from our systems. Please keep in mind that we use various servers, systems, programs and software. Sometimes these utilities harbor information automatically, and it is not uncommon for an anomalistic message to be sent during various marketing campaigns. If you do receive a future message after your initial request, please be patient and notify us again of your request. We sincerely do not want to inconvenience anyone who does not wish to hear from us.
